Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“you”, “your”, or “the User”) and JobCard, operated by Aucust Inc. (“we”, “our”, or “the Company”), governing your access to and use of the JobCard Garage Management System and related websites, applications, and services (collectively, “the Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• You are responsible for providing accurate organization, garage, and contact details.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Use of the Service

JobCard provides tools to create and manage digital job cards, online bookings, customer and vehicle records, invoicing, and workflow notifications. You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts.
• Do not interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service or its infrastructure.
• Do not reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service without written consent.

4. Pricing & Billing

JobCard's core garage management features are offered free of charge and require no credit card to start. Where optional paid features or add-ons are introduced, applicable fees, billing cycles, and any value-added tax (VAT) will be disclosed before you incur a charge. Invoices generated for your customers within the Service are your responsibility to verify for accuracy and tax compliance.

5. Customer Data & Privacy

You retain ownership of the data you and your customers enter into the Service. We process this data to provide the Service in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents from your customers for data you collect and store within JobCard.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content, is owned by Aucust Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; they do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we may perform maintenance that temporarily limits availability.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a manner that may cause harm to us, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aucust Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
