Workshop staff accounts are created by your workshop’s administrator in JobCard. If you are a freelance technician, you can register for free in the JobCard by Aucust app: choose “Technician” on the sign-in screen, then create your account.
Use “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen to receive a one-time code by email. If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then contact us.
Open the app and go to Profile → Delete account. Deleting your account removes your personal data. If you are the only member or the last administrator of your organisation, the app explains what will happen to your organisation's data before anything is deleted.
JobCard Pro is a one-time purchase for your whole organisation. If your organisation already bought it with your Apple ID, open the Upgrade screen and tap “Restore Purchases”. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
